TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service (TOS) below.GENERAL
✧I own the right to decline any commission requests if I feel unable to fulfill them.✧References MUST be included. I will not work on items that are not thoroughly written well as well as have no reference pictures.✧The commissioned artwork cannot be changed, traced, edited, used with AI tools, or exploited in any way.✧It's also not allowed to be sold or licensed as an NFT, cryptocurrency, or through blockchain technology.✧By ordering any NSFW/18+ art you are AGREEING that you ad 18 or older.✧I will not do : Full Armors, Mecha, Furries, Elderly, Buff men/woman. (MMO Characters/Animal Ears are OK)✧Orders will be worked on in rotation. But typically, it's done from earliest order placed to the latest.PAYMENTS
✧Price listed is base price and may go up depending on character design and complexity.✧I will not begin the work until proof of payment is received.✧No refunds after a payment has been sent. Unless for the terms stated in REFUNDS.SERVICE FEE
There will be a service fee amounting to 5% of total commission price.REVISIONS
✧Small color changes, small detail changes etc, shall be referred to as Minor Revision and shall not be charged.✧Major color and pose changes, adding props, outfit changes, and any other revisions not listed as Minor Revisions will be referred to as Major Revision and are subject to charges to my discretions.✧Major Revision may be requested after a finished artwork has been delivered with additional payment.✧Without payment, I will not revise the artwork.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✧Work time could range from as soon as 3 days to as late as 2 months per piece, depending on complexity of the request and position in queue.✧Rush commissions can be done with additional charge depending on the requested deadline.
- Less than 1 month = +30% total order
- Less than 3 weeks = +45% total order
- Less than 2 week = +60% total order
- Less than 1 week = +75% total order
✧I will send the final product via email/google drive.In the event you receive the product via Google Drive.
✧Please download your commission within 30 days, in the event of receiving the final file via Google Drive, commission file might be deleted by me after 30 days period.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✧I have the right to publish commissioned art on any website that I want as portfolio (except for private and commercial commission if it said on the contract).
✧You may publish/ upload, edit and use your commissioned art to decorate but credit must be given at all times (I would prefer if you inform me first if you did).
✧You may not use your commissioned art as commercial object on Non-commercial commission.
✧Other people beside the commissioner and the artist may not publish / upload my art to other website unless they have my/ commissioner permission.REFUNDS
✧Both the artist and the client reserve the right to cancel the request if payment has not been made.
✧Refunds will only be given only if the artist cannot deliver any progress within 2 months after the client gave proof of payment.
✧If the client does not respond to a message that requires approval to move on within 1 month of the last message, unless notified beforehand of absence, the commission work becomes closed and a refund will not be available.COMMUNICATION

✧VGen prices are different from here because of the platform fees.
✧There will be additional charges for commercial use.

- Commercial tier 1 ( digital promotion such as youtube thumbnail, stream schedule ): +100% of total commission price
- Commercial tier 2 ( physical promotion such as merchandise, event banner ): +200% of total commission price
✧The commissioned art belongs to the client. However, the artist reserve the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotions and online portfolios. In the event that the client doesn't want the artist to use the artwork and or be kept in silence for the making of such art, there will be an additional $100 charge as NDA fee.
